Well, we made the offer on a new house and they accepted it! Now all we have to do is sign about 20000 forms and the house will be ours! If all goes well we can move in 05.17.08....this is the first home i or my husband have ever purchase so we are so excited!!

My bf/hubby is in the midst of getting a house too...we are both unsure and a little scared though because it's our first place (we only rented together) and there is SO much you have to do!
